GOLDEN RESIDENCE

Golden Nerimanov Residence was designed to make an aesthetic and sustainable contribution to the architectural fabric of Baku. While the project draws attention with its triangular layout, the circular green areas in the center of the building add a fresh touch to the city life by integrating natural elements into the modern structure. The commercial spaces on the ground floor are brought together in a circular form referring to the green space at the top of the building, providing both visual integrity and a dynamic flow to the project. Golden Nerimanov is a candidate to become one of the new symbols of Baku with its functionality and connection with nature.
