Designed in harmony with the distinctive architectural texture of the city of Ganja in Azerbaijan, Ganja Avenue is a residential and commercial center that reflects the modern face of the city. Drawing attention with its organic forms rising in waves, the building creates an aesthetic in harmony with its surroundings thanks to its fluid lines. The layered structure of the building is enriched with terraces and balconies at different heights, maximizing natural light penetration into the interiors.

Commercial spaces with large storefronts on the ground floors open to the street, revitalizing street life and creating a pleasant social space for residents and visitors.
