AJAMI NAKHCIVANI

Respecting the cultural and natural heritage of Nakhchivan, Ajami Nakhchivani was realized with a design approach that combines the iconic elements of the region with modern architecture. The round shaped area that draws attention at the entrance of the project is designed as a reference to the healing salt mountain, one of the natural riches of Nakhchivan. This symbolic detail not only adds an aesthetic emphasis to the project but also pays homage to the local culture.

In this area surrounded by high-rise residential blocks, residents are offered a relaxing living space with a balanced combination of indoor and outdoor areas. The design is dominated by large balconies and terraces, creating an atmosphere in harmony with nature in the interiors and establishing a connection to the unique nature of Nakhchivan. The social and commercial areas of the project contribute to the developing urban structure of Nakhchivan by serving the people and local businesses in the neighborhood.
