BAKU BAGLARI RESIDENCE

In this project located in Baku, we set out to offer its users a residence in the city center with the comfort of a house with a garden in the complex living conditions of the capital city. Started in early 2023, our project is rising as a mixed-use project that brings modern life and nature together in the heart of the city. In this structure, which integrates social and commercial life with commercial areas located on the ground level, it is aimed to offer its residents a life intertwined with nature thanks to large terraces and spacious inner courtyards. Located on 2 hectares of land and consisting of two separate blocks, our project stands out in terms of its environmentalist approach thanks to its exterior designed with sustainable materials and the use of renewable energy.
