RESHID BEHBUTOV RESIDENCE

Reshid Betbutov Residence is a project designed in two different variations that draws attention to Baku’s modern architecture with its organic forms. While the first variation offers a dynamic and multifunctional building with commercial areas on the lower level, the second variation is a completely residence-oriented building that promises its residents a peaceful and comfortable living space. The flowing and organic forms used in the project add naturalness to the building masses, while the large terraces and green areas offer an integrated experience with nature within the city life. Reshid Betbutov Residence aims to be one of the new centers of attraction in Baku by combining functionality with aesthetics with both commercial and living space options.
