Subay Evleri is an urban regeneration project designed for one of the well-established and strategically important districts of Istanbul. The project aims to transform the existing residential fabric into a safer, more contemporary, and higher-quality living environment while preserving the neighborhood’s social character.

The architectural approach focuses not only on creating new housing but also on maintaining and strengthening the sense of community. Building volumes are carefully arranged to maximize natural daylight, ventilation, and the quality of open spaces. The human-scale design language provides residents with both privacy and opportunities for social interaction.

Green areas, courtyards, and shared social spaces are integrated into the master plan as essential elements of everyday life. These spaces encourage community interaction and contribute to the revival of the neighborhood atmosphere.
